Below are details of the varieties of Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Calabrese, Cauliflower, Rhubard Chard, Swiss Chard, Kale and Spinach we will have available as plants this year.

All the varieties of greens are sown in seed trays and then pricked out into individual cells in 24 cell plug trays. Each tray can be easily divided into individual plants, enabling the purchase of individaul plants if a whole tray is not required. Additionally, this has the benefit of allowing varieties to be mixed within a single tray, so you canb gave a mixture of varieties and still only pay the whole tray price.

Purple Sprouting Broccoli *Early* Good quality spears can be harvested over several weeks and can be used as cut-and-come-again.	Purple Sprouting Broccoli *Late* Strong plants with large heads of good quality spears.
Purple Sprouting Broccoli *Summer* A variety of purple sprouting broccoli which does not require a cold season for production.	Brussel Sprout *F₁ Maximus* Early-mid season variety, with a high yield of sweet sprouts, which are well-spaced on the stalk.
Kale *Winter Bor F₁* Frost resistant variety for autumn/winter harvest. Dark blue-green, finely curled leaves.	Calabrese *Chevalier* High yielding variety with large heads for harvesting up to November .
Cauliflower *All Year Round* An excellent variety for successional plantings.	Cauliflower *Mayflower* Early, vigorous, high quality with good white colour and resistance to pinking. Medium to large frame. Harvest May-June.
Cauliflower *Snowball* This variety produces good quality, robust, round plants. Excellent for use in successional plantings.	White Chard *Swiss Chard White* Chard is used as cut-and-come-again with spinach-like leaves and celery-flavoured stalks
Red Chard *Rhubarb Chard* Less prone to bolting, the tall stems are suitable for both ornamental and culinary use. Can be picked small for salad use, or left to mature.	Summer Spinach *Spinnaker* Good upright growth with rounded, dark green leaves & short stems. Good disease resistance. Use mature or as baby-leaf crop.
Perpetual Spinach *Beet Leaf Perpetual Spinach* Suited to Summer and Autumn production. Can be overwintered and will last up to 2 seasons. Use as an alternative ‘cut and come again’ spinach crop.	Chard *Bright Lights* A range of colours, including white, cream, yellow, orange, pink and red. Excellent in salads or grown on to mature plants.
